Who Is Your Trusted Contact?

We all have those times when we misplace our phones, forget to check our email, or just "go dark" for a little while. Sometimes these moments can make other people worry... but only for a little while. Eventually, we do see the text, return the call, or respond to the email, assuring our loved ones, "nothing is wrong," but what happens when something is wrong?

Who will people contact to check-up on you?

Here at Covenant Wealth Strategies, your safety and account security is our priority. That's why you now have the option to designate a Trusted Contact on your LPL investment accounts.

If we have concerns about your well-being or fear that you might be the victim of financial exploitation, the Trusted Contact provides us with a name of a person who you would want us to communicate with. The Trusted Contact is unable to view account information, execute transactions or inquire about account activity.

  1. At least 18 years old.
  2. Can be easily contacted.
  3. Is not a joint account holder.
  4. Someone other than your spouse.
You are not required to add a Trusted Contact and can choose to decline at this time. A Trusted Contact can be added, changed or removed at any point in the future.

If you would like to add a Trusted Contact, please contact us by calling 302.234.5655. We will provide you with a secure form and instructions to complete to include your Trusted Contact’s relationship, phone number, email address or home address to put on record.

We choose to make protecting your identity a priority because we care and we are invested in the lives of our clients.
