Sr. Client Service Specialist

As a mom of two boys, I am very familiar with busy school days, long drives to practice, boy scout meetings, and endless meals to cook, however, these things are far outweighed by the joy that comes with seeing my sons grow and thrive as young men.  It is a privilege to cheer for them through the successes of life and support them in any challenges they may face because that is what family is for.

Throughout my entire professional career, I craved a job where I could be part of something bigger than me – a family.  I spent 15 years working in various administrative roles before going back to school to become a medical assistant in 2019.  While I embraced the challenge of this new position, I knew my heart wasn’t fully in it and it wasn’t until I joined Covenant that I realized that I had found my home.

From the very beginning I have felt a deep sense of belonging here as the entire team has quickly become a family to me.  It is a unique environment where everyone works together to provide excellent service to each of our clients while constantly growing to become the best versions of themselves.  Some of my personal responsibilities as receptionist include scheduling, pulling reports, providing proactive concierge service, and regularly interacting with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.  My goal is to help each client feel welcome and at home every time they call the office or step into the Stone Barn.

In my free time, I embrace my identity as “boy mom” and love taking my two sons, Wyatt and Hudson, to their various boy scout events or sports games.  My husband, Jason, and I also recently purchased a 1991 Volkswagen camper van, which we enjoy taking on road trips to various destinations and locations – often making a stop at a car show or two on the way.
