I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors and role models who have shaped my journey to the financial planning industry. My aunt, a successful portfolio manager, was a constant source of inspiration. I grew up captivated by conversations between her, my dad, and my grandfather about the economy and markets. Their discussions sparked my curiosity, setting me on the path to a career in financial planning.
In college, I double majored in Economics and Finance, and minored in Business Administration, while staying active as a Division I Athlete at the University of Delaware on the Swim and Dive Team. It was an honor to serve as Team Captain. I learned leadership skills and how to excel under pressure, while keeping a disciplined and focused approach. While in school, I was involved with the Women’s Econ Club and Women in Finance Club, where I built connections with peers who shared my passion for the industry.
My internship during college was with an asset management firm in Philadelphia. It gave me hands-on experience with market analysis and investment strategies. During my internship, I worked closely with the fixed income team and utilized Bloomberg API to analyze market trends, which reinforced my desire to be part of a field that combines analytical thinking with client engagement.
After graduating in May 2024, I realized that my true calling was to serve others in a way that makes a lasting difference. I’ve worked diligently after graduation to obtain my SIE, Series 65, and Series 7, as designated by LPL Financial, along with my Delaware Life and Health Insurance licenses. I am eager to build a strong foundation for my career. As a Client Concierge, I am primarily supporting our advisors in client strategy sessions and with financial planning. My goal is to continue growing and eventually become a financial advisor with Covenant Wealth Strategies.
Beyond my professional aspirations, I find inspiration in the world around me. Having grown up in New Mexico and Colorado, I developed a deep appreciation for art, culture, and nature. From the vibrant Balloon Fiestas in New Mexico to hikes in the vast Rocky Mountains, these experiences have influenced my love for oil and watercolor painting, as well as digital and film photography. I also enjoy staying active through hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and traveling.
I’m excited to be part of a team that values both personal and professional growth, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
