6/15/23 - Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, marking the day when slavery was constitutionally abolished in the United States. The observance of this holiday, formally recognized by the state of Texas in 1980, has continued to spread to the rest of the country and beyond. Juneteenth officially became the newest national holiday in 2021.
On this day, we have an opportunity to affirm once more the universal right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for every human being.
In observation of the Juneteenth holiday, our office and the markets will be closed on Monday, June 19th. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, June 20th. Please do not leave any trading instructions in voice mail, as we cannot act on them.
